WHAT WE SCRAP
Unsure if we accept your scrap metal items? If it is metal, and not listed in our prohibited items below, we accept it.
Materials are weighed on site using our certified scales or weighbridge and paid directly to your bank account or with a non-transferable cheque. As of May 30, 2018 cash payments for scrap metal have been banned, and identification is required for all transactions. For further information, please visit: consumer.vic.gov.au/scrapmetal

PROHIBITED ITEMSFor the safety of our staff and the community the following items are prohibited from being dropped off or placed in our metal bins. They may contain hazardous substances or pose environmental risks if not handled properly.
Lithium iron batteries, tyres, gas bottles (including BBQ, LPG, oxy, acetylene, and refrigerant), mattresses and mattress springs, fireworks/ flares, asbestos, poisons, liquid waste and pressure vessels.
Illegal dumping of non metal or prohibited items will be prosecuted.
